Developed and continuously refined multi-level training tools using Operations feedback to maximize impact. Leveraged a “train-the-trainer” model by empowering top performers to reinforce sales training to managers and crew, supported by comprehensive resources including training decks, operator scripts, role-play exercises, best-practice frameworks, digital courses, and in-restaurant engagement tools.

Incentives & Recognition
Developed customized, multi-level incentive programs to drive, reward, and sustain sales-focused behaviors across the organization. Programs ranged from system-wide financial incentives to manager-led, low-cost daily engagement tools, supported by a robust recognition strategy including prizes, apparel, free meals, “Sales Star of the Week,” system-wide visibility, and direct recognition from senior leadership.

Developed a multi-level communication and tracking strategy to set goals, monitor performance, and recognize results across the organization. Tailored by system, market, and restaurant level, the approach enabled teams to leverage data to drive sales, supported by daily performance communications, in-restaurant tracking tools, custom reporting, and a “secret shopper” sales tracker.
