Tailgate Bundle

Concepted and executed a “Tailgate Bundle” promotion for $25 that included 50 nuggets, sauces and a family-size chili. The five-month, passive sales-driving campaign targeted targeted group occasions and was supported by in-restaurant merchandising and strategic placement near sports complexes, high schools, and universities. Across 312 restaurants in 16 states, the program generated $356K in incremental sales with a 60% profit flow-through.

99¢ Nugget Add-On

Conceptualized and executed a targeted 4 pc nugget add-on promotion, leveraging in-restaurant merchandising and crew-led suggestive selling to drive sales. Delivered $260K in incremental profit over 17 weeks across 162 locations at an $0.89 price point (2016), followed by an additional $93.8K over 9 weeks across 182 locations at $0.99 (2017).

99¢ Bacon Add-On

Executed a 4-week bacon add-on promotion to drive consistent upsell behavior, supported by in-restaurant merchandising, crew training, and incentive contests that generated nearly $70K in incremental profit.

Kids Meal Swap

Launched a kids’ meal swap program encouraging guests to exchange toys for a cookie or Frosty, supported by in-restaurant merchandising and crew-led suggestive selling. Designed to offset $1.4M+ in annual toy spend while enhancing the guest experience, the program delivered $69K+ in savings with just a 5% swap rate

BOGO Chili

Executed a passive BOGO chili promotion, supported by in-restaurant merchandising, driving incremental traffic and add-on purchases. The campaign concentrated demand on Tuesdays (28% of total chili sales) and delivered a 145% higher profit per transaction versus large chili sales on other days.
